We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Digital Media team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all SEO activities, organic activities, and executing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and more. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the digital landscape and a proven track record in driving online engagement and growth. Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Design, build and maintain our social media presence. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs). Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize the user experience. Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch point SEO Activities: Conduct keyword research to guide content teams. Review technical SEO issues and recommend fixes. Optimize website content, landing pages, and paid search copy. Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization. Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations. Develop and implement link-building strategies. Organic Activities: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase online presence and improve marketing and sales efforts. Create engaging content for social media platforms. Monitor and analyze content performance and suggest improvements. Requirements: Proven experience as an SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist or similar role. Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition. In-depth experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends). Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints. Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and digital marketing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
