Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Managing and Monitoring of site store
Update data in ERP System on daily basis
Responsible for monitoring storage and QC in clearing Preservation of all Materials
Indenting of required material data in ERP
Manage all Raw materials, Spare parts and Equipment are to be preserved at stores till they are Issued/Dispatched
Maintaining site's store department activities
Check out the records periodically
Inform and update the store department at HO about the entire work on hand
Prepare the report of records periodically and give it to the store department at HO
Other duties assigned by Project Manager and Store Department (HO).
