Executive, Sr Sales Executive, Assistant Manager

Role Overview: As an Executive/Senior Executive/Assistant Manager in Sales & Service at our company, you will play a crucial role in building and managing productive relationships with clients. Your passion, hunger to learn, and customer orientation will be key success factors in excelling in this position. You will be an individual contributor, ensuring that clients are utilizing and benefiting from IndiaMART while accurately defining products/services in their e-catalog. Your goal will be to maximize revenue by upselling different services and meeting fortnightly, monthly client retention, and revenue targets. Daily in-person meetings with clients onsite and prompt resolution of complaints will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Build and manage productive, professional relationships with clients - Ensure clients are using and deriving benefit from IndiaMART - Accurately define products/services in clients" e-catalog - Maximize revenue by upselling other services - Achieve fortnightly, monthly client retention, and revenue targets - Conduct daily 4-5 in-person meetings (F2F) with clients onsite - Follow-up systematically and ensure time-bound closures - Resolve complaints promptly Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in applying sales techniques - Active listening skills and understanding the business contexts of clients - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently,
