The Incumbent will be responsible for-
Provide SAP Support for seamless business functioning-
- Pick / Work on assigned support log tickets.
- Workout the Solution for same .
- Identifiy the Need of Development , wherever required .
- Provide the Trainig , wherever required .
- Escalation for Unresolved issues .
- Master data creation and updation.
- User manual creation and updation .
- Monthly MIS preparation.
Provide scheduled Training to End Users-
identify the area of the training required.
-Perform trainig to end users by medium of online / onsite .
Perform Testing for New Configurations / Developments-
- Basic configuration of new company codes and plants .
- Preparation of Function Specifications for new development.
- Prepare the Scenarios' List for Given Problem .
- Perform unit testing .
- Perform integration testing and record the results .
- Knowledge of SAP SD Configuration.
- Basic understaning of Integration across all SAP modules.
- Basic understanding of Logistics ,Sales Scenarios ,GST .
- Experience in developing systems requirements, testing, training, implementing and emperical business solutions.
- Problem Solving Approach
- Ability to communicate effectively across different stake holders.
- Team management skills.
