Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Air Export Pricing professional to join our Mumbai and Chennai teams. The selected candidates will be primarily responsible for air export pricing and rate management, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with customer needs. The role requires anticipating market trends, proactively identifying pricing opportunities, and collaborating closely with sales and operations teams to drive business growth.

Attend and respond promptly to air export pricing enquiries from customers and internal teams.

Negotiate rates with airlines and consolidators to secure the most competitive buy rates.

Monitor market trends and airline pricing structures to maintain current and competitive rate intelligence.

Coordinate with internal sales and customer service teams to support pricing requirements and submit quotations.

Liaise with airline representatives for special pricing requests.

Prepare and send accurate quotations to customers in a timely and professional manner.

Maintain and regularly update buy and sell rate sheets to ensure accuracy and transparency.

Support development of pricing strategies based on customer requirements, routing trends, and airline offerings.

Monitor and track any increases or decreases in the airline s capacity over time.

Regular follow-up for the enquiries which were quoted.

Ensure regular follow-up on all enquiries for which quotations have been provided.

Stay informed and up to date on flight operations and changes in airline capacity.
