Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps across departments.

  • Design, develop, and implement learning programs, workshops, and e-learning solutions.

  • Advise managers and employees on career development and learning opportunities.

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.

  • Collaborate with external vendors, consultants, and training providers as needed.

  • Support succession planning, talent development, and performance management initiatives.

  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and employee development plans.

  • Stay updated on L&D trends, tools, and best practices to bring innovative learning solutions.

  • Facilitate workshops, webinars, and coaching sessions as required.
