Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Visa Consultant to join our back office team in FCm Travel Solutions India Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visa processing and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and process visa applications efficiently.
Coordinate with embassies and consulates for visa issuance.
Maintain accurate records of visa applications and statuses.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with visa regulations and procedures.
Collaborate with the team to achieve operational goals.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in visa consulting or a related field.
Strong knowledge of visa types, requirements, and processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
