Executive / Sr. Executive - IT

Role Overview: You will be responsible for maintaining hardware and software, providing user support, assisting the HR and Admin teams with technical support, managing documentation, setting up and monitoring network infrastructure, ensuring network security, and maintaining system stability. Additionally, you will be required to integrate new software/hardware, solve technical issues, and support multiple departments. Key Responsibilities: - Install, set up, and maintain computers, printers, servers, and company software. - Help employees, especially production staff, with any computer or software-related problems. - Assist the HR and Admin teams with technical support and IT-related tasks. - Keep records of IT issues, solutions provided, and inventory of equipment/software. - Set up and maintain the internet network (LAN, WAN, cloud systems) to ensure smooth operations. - Protect systems from unauthorized access by setting up proper security measures. - Monitor the network to ensure smooth operations and address issues promptly. - Ensure the stability of important systems and tools used in production. - Integrate new tools or machines into the system and ensure compatibility with existing ones. - Identify and resolve software bugs or technical issues efficiently. Qualification Required: - Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. - 3 to 5 years of experience in IT support and Manufacturing Industry. - Knowledge of computer hardware, software, networks, and troubleshooting. - Good communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to support multiple departments (IT + HR/Admin).
