Executive / Sr. Executive - IT

As an IT Support Specialist in our company, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth functioning of our hardware and software systems. You will be required to install, set up, and maintain computers, printers, servers, and company software. Additionally, you will provide user support by assisting employees, especially production staff, with any computer or software-related issues they may encounter. In this role, you will also collaborate with the HR and Admin teams to offer technical support and assist with IT-related tasks. Keeping accurate documentation of IT issues, solutions provided, and maintaining an inventory of equipment and software will be essential. You will be responsible for setting up and maintaining our network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and cloud systems, to guarantee uninterrupted operations. Ensuring network security by implementing proper measures to prevent unauthorized access, monitoring the network for seamless functionality, and proactively addressing any issues that may arise are critical aspects of this position. You will also need to focus on maintaining system stability by ensuring all essential systems and tools used in production are operational without any downtime. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be involved in software/hardware integration by incorporating new tools or machines into our existing systems and verifying their compatibility. Your problem-solving skills will be put to the test as you identify and swiftly resolve software bugs or technical issues to minimize disruptions. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, along with 3 to 5 years of experience in IT support within the Manufacturing Industry. Proficiency in computer hardware, software, networks, and troubleshooting is essential. Effective communication, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to support multiple departments IT and HR/Admin are key requirements for this position.
