Job Description

Training Planning & Coordination

  • Assist in preparing monthly/quarterly/annual training calendars based on TNI.
  • Liaise with internal teams, trainers, internal SPOCs, and participants for scheduling sessions.

Training Operations

  • Coordinate classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training programs.
  • Handle logistical arrangements (venue booking, AV setup, training materials, refreshments).
  • Ensure pre and post training communication, attendance tracking, and session setup.

Onboarding Support

  • Assist in organizing induction programs for new joiners.
  • Ensure completion of mandatory onboarding modules within timelines.

Trainer & Participant Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for trainers & participants during sessions.
  • Assist trainers with presentation setup, handouts, and participant engagement activities.

Data & MIS Management

  • Maintain accurate records of participation, feedback, and completion rates.
  • Generate training dashboards and monthly reports for HR and business heads.

Feedback & Evaluation

  • Collect post-training feedback from participants and analyze training feedback.
  • Share insights with the Manager for improvement.

Compliance & Mandatory Trainings

  • Ensure 100% completion of compliance-related and onboarding training.
  • Follow up with business units for nomination and closure.

Content Support

  • Support in the creation/customization of training material or collaterals.
  • Coordinate with vendors or marketing team for external programs or certifications.

Additionally, any other job/ role / responsibilities assigned from time to time.
