Executive - SMT

Technical Skills Required

1. Candidate must have hands on experience on SMT Process

2. Have sound knowledge on Paste printer operation, SPI, Chip shooters, Precision placers, reflow ovens, and reflow profiling parameters.

3. Designing of stencil and stencil management.

4. Can perform the operation of paste printer, Koh young SPI, Panasonic NPM series machines, AOIs

5. Sound Knowledge in DGS panacim programming, documentation management of SOP, WI etc.

6. Must be able to quickly troubleshoot the machine for online errors.

7. Knowledge of MSDS and audit management

8. Exposure to ESD, MSL, solder Paste chemistry.

9. Ability to work with people for developing conviction for improvements.

10.Good analytical and decision-making skills.

11.Interpersonal effectiveness, Good People interaction.

12.should have good level of knowledge in mass manufacturing and process improvements, daily ppm monitoring and actions accordingly.

Job Description

1. Running Improvement projects that improve line quality performance to ensure that each process stage operates at a high process capability.

2. Identifying projects to improve the quality of components used on the line.

3. Deploy simplified and robust processes in manufacturing to achieve zero defects.

4. Improve productivity (output/head) and production (above rated capacity)

5. Reduce direct cost (material and labor)

6. Eliminate the need of Repairing
