Overview of the role

Our client is seeking a Sighted Assistant to provide a range of tasks to support with day-to-day job functions of a Product Manager with low vision. You will work closely with the client

Key Responsibilities

• Transcribe inaccessible visual content such as Figma designs, Office documents, pictures, videos, and graphs into clear and descriptive textual content.
• Review and refine documents to ensure visual clarity, alignment, and aesthetic appeal.
• Assist in creating artefacts such as:
• Presentations
• Product walkthrough videos
• User interface mockups
• Attend meetings with the program manager and document visual content effectively.
• Verbalize and describe visual elements during software and website testing.

Skills, Experience & Technology

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills. (Hindi preferable)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with tools like

  Figma

  and

  Clipchamp

  .
• Strong willingness to learn, especially regarding accessibility and visual design.
• Ability to work within a team environment.
• Accessibility Tools: NVDA, Windows Magnifier, High Contrast (no experience necessary, however willing to learn.)
• Communications: Teams / Outlook.
