Executive - Shift

As an Executive - Shift, your primary responsibility will be to supervise warehouse and operational activities during your assigned shifts. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate inventory reconciliation, optimal manpower and vehicle utilization, and consistent vendor performance to drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Reconcile system inventory with physical stock and promptly resolve any discrepancies. - Monitor vendor performance closely and ensure timely resolution of any issues that may arise. - Efficiently plan and allocate manpower, track productivity levels, and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency. - Coordinate vehicle allocation and scheduling to meet operational targets effectively. Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse/operations, with a preference for candidates with experience in F&V handling. - Willingness to work night shifts as required. - Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and operational software. - Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills. - Ability to adapt to rotational or flexible shift schedules. - High attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities.
