Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for ensuring timely and quality fulfilment of customers" service requests. This will involve interacting and coordinating with repair partners, providing superior customer service, validating job sheets/estimates/invoices/other documents required for claims approvals & fulfillment, and ensuring regular updates in the system. Key Responsibilities: - Interact/Coordinate with Repair partners to fulfil service requests in defined TAT. - Provide superior customer service. - Validate job sheets/estimates/invoices/other documents required for claims approvals & fulfillment. - Ensure regular updates in the system. Qualifications & Experience Required: - Graduate / Diploma in Electronics / Telecommunication. - Up to 5 years of experience. - Experience as a Service Coordinator/Executive in the electronics repair industry is desirable. Skills Required: - Customer orientation. - Team working skills. - Quick learnability skills and adaptability. - Highly organized and efficient with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks. - Ability to generate and publish routine reports. - Command on MS Excel and basic computer knowledge. - Proficient in English and Hindi for both written and verbal communication.,
