Job Description

The executive service operations role based in Mumbai involves ensuring the timely and quality fulfilment of customer service requests. You will be responsible for interacting and coordinating with repair partners to meet service requests within defined turnaround times. Providing exceptional customer service, validating job sheets, estimates, invoices, and other necessary documents for claims approvals, and ensuring regular updates in the system are key responsibilities. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Graduate or Diploma in Electronics/Telecommunication with up to 5 years of experience. Previous experience as a Service Coordinator/Executive in the electronics repair industry is desirable. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong customer orientation, team-working skills, quick learnability, and adaptability. You should be highly organized and efficient, capable of prioritizing and managing multiple tasks effectively. Proficiency in generating and publishing routine reports, command over MS Excel and basic computer knowledge, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi are essential for this role.,
