Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead branding and marketing design efforts, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
Develop creative concepts for campaigns, packaging, out-of-home assets, and digital content.
Create motion graphics, animations, and videos for marketing and social media.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to align design strategy with business objectives.
Guide and mentor junior designers, streamline workflows, and improve efficiency.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in branding, marketing design, or visual communication.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, campaigns, and high-impact design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma (After Effects knowledge is a plus).
Ability to translate complex topics into compelling visuals.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or Petcare is an advantage.
