Role & responsibilities

  • Lead conversion rate (%)
  • Average turnaround time for admissions
  • Revenue contribution from conversions
  • Patient satisfaction scores and feedback
  • Number of follow-ups and successful closures
  • Accuracy of CRM data and reporting

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education:

    Graduate in Healthcare Administration, MBA/PGDM in Healthcare Management preferred.
  • Experience:

    24 years of counselling or lead conversion experience in a hospital/healthcare setting (OPD/IPD).
  • Skills:

    • Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle objections and build trust with patients and families.
    • Familiarity with medical terminology, treatment workflows, and insurance processes.
    • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
    • Multilingual ability (English, Hindi, and local language) preferred.
