Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mengio for an Executive / Senior Executive – Client Acquisition. The role involves identifying potential clients, approaching and engaging them, and converting leads into long-term business relationships. The responsibilities include understanding client needs, preparing proposals, delivering presentations, negotiating terms, and maintaining client satisfaction. Additionally, the role requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support for clients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client acquisition, sales, and business development
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand and address client needs and provide solutions
• Knowledge of market research and trends analysis
• Experience with CRM software and proficient in MS Office
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience in the B2B marketplace, especially in similar roles, is a plus
