Executive – SCM & Customer Support

Candidate (Male / Female) will be responsible for managing supply chain processes, material movement, and provide customer (commercial) support.

Responsibilities

1.      Issuing Purchase Orders & follow up with suppliers for material dispatch

2.      Inward material / GRN

3.      Production and dispatch planning in coordination with Production & Sales team

4.      To Coordinate with Logistics regarding receipt & dispatch of material

5.      Preparing Proforma Invoice, E-Way Bill

6.      Managing Vendor Registration Forms

7.      Maintain internal documents ( Quarterly Files for Purchase, Sales, DC)

8.      Coordination with Customers ( Regarding Dispatch / Pick up of material)

Other office activities (like Courier any material / documents, Exhibition related work

Qualification & Experience

-         Any graduate / diploma

-         Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint

-         Relevant work Experience: Experience min 3 years in handling SCM activities of production companies.

- Working knowledge of Tally software is necessary

Salary range: Rs. 20,000 – Rs. 30,000 per month depending on abilities
