Executive Sales Support

As an Executive Sales Support at our company, your role involves providing essential support to the sales team in the branch. Your primary responsibilities include: - Coordinating with the Branch Finance & Accounts Team to ensure timely generation of bills for the branch customers. - Verifying all bills/invoices for accuracy as per Blue Dart norms before forwarding them to clients. - Ensuring timely dispatch of bills to customers and following up for bill receipt. - Customizing bills based on required forms/formats, contractual terms, and customer needs. - Collaborating with sales teams to ensure timely collections from customers as per raised bills. - Reporting dispatched invoices and cheque collection details regularly to the Branch Finance & Accounts Teams. In terms of people management, you will be expected to: - Provide direction, guidance, and support to employees within the sales team to help them effectively carry out their duties. - Ensure that the sales team is adequately staffed as per the manpower requirements. Key Result Areas and Key Performance Indicators for your role include: - Timely completion of billing and invoicing processes and reporting, including adherence to set timelines. - Ensuring accurate billing and customization, with a focus on minimizing errors in customization of invoices as per customer contracts.
