Executive-Sales SCVPU (Maharashtra & Chattisgarh)-SCV and Pickups Business-TMCV

The position you are applying for will involve driving sales and customer support in the domestic market. Your main responsibilities will include executing sales strategies, coordinating with product line heads and regional sales managers, managing the VME budget, implementing initiatives to grow business in rural markets, resolving customer issues, meeting sales targets, and enhancing dealer profitability and customer experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining dealer relationships, identifying and addressing performance gaps, providing guidelines to ensure implementation of norms, recruiting new dealers, and interacting with various internal stakeholders such as the Head CVBU, Product Line Heads CVBU, Head - Customer Care Domestic & IB, Head Operations, Head - Finance, and Head - Commercial HR CV. Your interactions with external stakeholders will include customers, channel partners, and key agencies. To be successful in this role, you should have a BE/Btech Engineering degree, 3-5 years of experience in the automobile industry, excellent sales and marketing skills, strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities, negotiation and influencing skills, and a results-focused mindset.,
