Role & responsibilities

Department:

Job Summary

packing, sampling, and after-sales services

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end
packing operations
as per buyer and company requirements
Manage
sampling activities
including development, approvals, and dispatches
Coordinate with production, QA, logistics, and dispatch teams for smooth execution
Monitor and support
after-sales services
, addressing customer queries and issues
Ensure compliance with
packing standards, documentation, and dispatch timelines
Maintain accurate records related to samples, packing lists, and customer communication
Support OTC order execution and follow-ups with internal stakeholders
Any other responsibility assigned by management from time to time

Qualification

Graduate / Diploma in Textile or relevant discipline preferred

Preferred candidate profile

Experience:
56 years in OTC business handling packing, sampling & after-sales services
Industry:
Textile / Apparel / Fabric manufacturing preferred
Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
Good knowledge of packing standards, sample management, and customer servicing
Proficiency in MS Office; ERP/SAP knowledge will be an added advantage
