Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Jayanager, Bengaluru
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Work Schedule: Day Shift (On-site)
Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Experience & Age Criteria:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales (retail sales preferred)
• Age: 25–32 years

Educational Qualification:

• Any graduate degree

Role & Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential customers to drive sales
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets to support business objectives
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
• Address customer queries and offer effective solutions
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions
• Collaborate with the team to develop and refine sales strategies
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor offerings

Key Requirements & Skills:

• Proven success in sales with a history of achieving targets
• Strong communication skills in the regional language and basic English
• Ability to deliver persuasive product presentations
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and email communication
• Presentable, with excellent interpersonal skills
• Two-wheeler is mandatory for daily commuting

Compensation & Benefits:

• Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹22,000 per month
