Executive- Sales

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing the distribution and sales of TMT Bars, cement, and related items in the designated market. Your role will involve meeting local masons and sub-dealers regularly to understand market requirements, enriching channel partners with important information, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, you will provide excellent service to customers through direct salesmanship and provide feedback to senior management regarding product presence and performance. Key Responsibilities: - Meet local masons and sub-dealers to understand market requirements - Enrich existing channel partners with important information and support - Take orders and achieve sales targets - Manage distribution and sales of TMT Bars, cement, and related items - Ensure excellent service to all customers through direct salesmanship - Provide timely feedback to senior management regarding product presence and performance Qualifications Required: - Knowledge of TMT Bars, cement, and related items - Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Sales and Business Development with exposure to relevant channel partners - In-depth knowledge of the assigned territory - Willingness to travel extensively - Ability to understand and explain products, discounts, rates, and schemes to dealers - Motivate dealers to work with the products effectively Additional Details: The company operates in the Iron and Steel (TMT), Cement, Paint, Ply, and Pipes industry. The role of Sales Executive requires an MBA/BBA/Any Graduate, preferably with a B. Tech in Civil Engineering. Compensation will be as per industry standards, and the location of the job includes Dhenkanal, Kendrapara, Angul, Jagatsinghpur, and Nayagarh.,
