Executive Sales Assistant

You will be responsible for expanding the business network through the appointment of new dealers and motivating the existing dealers in their area. This includes meeting dealers as per the call cycle plan, collecting market information, competitor's data, and sending it to management, executing sales strategies, making PI, follow-up for invoicing and dispatch activities, bringing new partners on board, and maintaining relationships with existing partners. Additionally, you will need to understand customer and business needs to cross-sell and up-sell the company's products. You will also be required to coordinate with other company personnel such as the support team and management team to deliver and meet customer/partner expectations. Acting as a bridge for communication between the customers/partners and the engineering team will also be part of your responsibilities. Qualifications required for this role include a minimum of 2-3 years of work experience in the Fitness Equipment or Sports Industry background, a bachelor's or master's degree in sales/marketing, a thorough understanding of the industry, exceptional communication skills, flexibility to travel to partner locations, a solution-oriented outlook, and the ability to build lasting relationships.,
