Job Summary:

Research Analyst Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Market Mapping & Research

Map the market landscape and identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities.
Maintain updated competitor databases to track industry shifts.

Competition Research

Analyze competitors strategies, strengths, and weaknesses.
Track changes in product offerings, pricing, and market positioning.

Compensation Research

Benchmark salaries, benefits, and compensation trends across industries.
Support HR with insights to adjust competitive pay structures.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Analyze data and provide actionable insights through reports and presentations.
Ensure accuracy and alignment with business goals.

Market Intelligence

Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies for growth opportunities.
Identify risks and competitive threats to inform strategy.

Sourcing Support (on Need Basis)

Assist HR with talent sourcing through market research.
Identify top candidates and help with initial candidate assessments.

Collaboration

Work with teams like HR, product, and marketing to align research with business objectives.

Continuous Improvement

Improve research methods and stay updated on industry tools

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree
in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related discipline.
2+ years
of experience in research, competitive intelligence, or related fields.
Strong analytical and problem-solving
skills.
Excellent verbal and written
communication
skills for presenting complex data.
Ability to work
independently
and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Understanding of
industry trends
and emerging technologies.
