Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  1. Payment Channel Expansion

    : Proactively identify, develop, and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with India's local Payment Service Providers (PSPs), banks, and financial institutions. Execute the company's payment channel layout in the Indian market and expand channel coverage .
  2. Needs Analysis & Matching

    : Conduct in-depth communication with potential partners to understand their service capabilities, fee structures, and risk control measures. Accurately match these with the company's payment channel integration requirements .
  3. Negotiation & Contract Finalization

    : Lead negotiations with partners on cooperation terms, service fees, and cooperation periods. Assist in finalizing cooperation agreements to ensure the smooth launch of payment channel services .
  4. Post-Cooperation Maintenance

    : Communicate with partners regularly to monitor the operational status of payment channels. Resolve any issues or disputes arising during cooperation in a timely manner and optimize cooperation efficiency .
  5. Market Information Collection

    : Gather and analyze the latest trends, policies, and competitor dynamics in India's local payment industry. Provide valuable market insights and recommendations for the company's payment channel strategy adjustments .

Preferred candidate profile

  1. Resource Advantage

    : Possess existing and valid resources of India's local payment channels (e.g., PSPs, e-wallet companies) or banks. Candidates with a proven track record of successful cooperation with relevant institutions are preferred .
  2. Industry Experience

    : 1-3 years of working experience in India's payment industry, fintech sector, or bank-related business development. Prior experience in payment channel integration or partner expansion is highly preferred .
  3. Communication & Negotiation Skills

    : Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Hindi (or other local Indian languages). Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term stable cooperative relationships with partners .
  4. Self-Drive & Execution

    : Highly self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently. Able to efficiently complete payment channel expansion and partner maintenance tasks under remote work mode .
  5. Market Sensitivity

    : Keen insight into the development trends and policy changes of India's payment market. Ability to adjust business development strategies promptly according to market changes .
