Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Sourcing & Attraction

• Identify suitable candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, networking, and recruitment agencies.
  
• Create and post job descriptions across various platforms to attract targeted talent pools.
  
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  

2. Screening & Selection

• Review resumes and shortlist qualified candidates based on role requirements.
  
• Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess suitability, experience, and fit.
  
• Coordinate assessments and technical evaluations as needed.
  

3. Interview Coordination

• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  
• Ensure smooth communication and timely follow-ups throughout the recruitment cycle.
  
• Gather post-interview feedback and facilitate next steps.
  

4. Candidate Management

• Maintain positive candidate experience through clear, timely communication.
  
• Manage expectations regarding processes, timelines, and compensation.
  
• Handle offer negotiation and support offer issuance.
  

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  
• Prepare recruitment reports, metrics, and status updates.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and data privacy standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
