Executive Recruiting Specialist

As an Executive Recruiting Specialist at Accenture, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment processes, interview and candidate management, and recruiting procedures. Your role will involve implementing strategies for recruiting, developing, and retaining employees to create a productive and engaged workforce. You will also be involved in developing HR policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
