Handling Online Quality Systems documentation & Compliances.

Knowledge about Food Safety, GMP, GHP, Legal & Regulatory regulations.

Knowledge of Internal & external inspection / Audit systems as per FSSC 22000 Ver.6 Requirement.

Knowledge of PRP, OPRP & CCP Compliance.

knowledge about SAP, MS Office, Calibration, HACCP, TACCP, VACCP.

Knowledge about Six monthly external lab testing compliance as per FSSAI SCH IV requirement.

knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, food safety culture implementation
