Executive - Production

As an individual interested in joining SVF Entertainment's team, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall production process from development to completion. Working closely with the director and other team members, you will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage and coordinate pre-production tasks such as location scouting, casting, scheduling, and budgeting. - Develop production budgets and oversee expenses during production to ensure adherence to the same. - Assist in overseeing operational and logistic plans of the project, including securing necessary permits and equipment. - Coordinate with the cast & crew to ensure adherence to the production schedule. - Provide on-set assistance to promptly resolve any production-related issues without disrupting the shoot. - Collaborate with writers, directors, and other production staff to ensure that the creative vision is realized. - Manage artist coordination, ensure seamless collaboration, and communication between all parties involved in the production process. - Prepare and send set-related reports to the management periodically, maintain MIS, and coordinate with the accounts team. - Assist in coordinating necessary licensing & permissions requirements on set. - Coordinate with the legal team to ensure all production-related agreements are processed before the project goes on the floor. - Work collaboratively across teams to ensure seamless production of long-format content (TV/Film/Web), oversee the production from beginning to end, and ensure it meets the highest standards of quality & excellence. **Qualifications Required:** - Experience of at least 2-3 years in production and working knowledge of the Bengali entertainment industry. - Relevant degree in Film Production, Media Studies, or a related field. - Strong organizational and project management skills. - Knowledge of production techniques, including light, sound, and camera. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including MS Excel & MS Word. - Demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
