ROLE :

• Responsible for Quality checks of Fish while receiving, online Processing, packaging, storing, and dispatching of Products.
• Responsible for receiving the fish, Processing according to customer needs, Packing, Storage, and Dispatch.
• Assure Quality of product and process as per the SOP & Quality management systems of the company.
• Maintain GMP / GHP/ FSMS in and around the Processing area & Premises.
• Timely execution of fish processing, packaging, and delivery.

Responsibility

• Plan and execute the processing function (Fish Receiving/ Pre-Processing / Processing / Weighing / Packing / Labelling / Storage / Dispatch).
• Periodic verification of process records, incoming quality check records, online-process quality check records, Dispatch Quality check records, and PRPs, etc.
• Regular verification of the correct functioning of critical process equipment like weighing balances, Vacuum Machine, Drip Chiller, Processing area, etc.
• Be responsible for overall shop floor management during the assigned shift/ period, and deliver production output targets for the assigned shift.
• Ensure the SOP for the Processing, FSSAI standards, GMP, and GHP
• Escalate to senior management deficiencies or shortcomings in process, equipment, or tools in the operations area with a corrective action plan
• Customer Support and Customer Handling

Education

Bachelor’s degree in food technology/food Processing and Engineering / Fisheries Science / Vocational Fisheries / Food Sciences.

Experience

Fresh Graduates or up to 1 year of experience in the Fish Processing Field.
