JOB TITLE Executive - Logistics Cold Chain ROLE Responsible for Last Mile Cold Chain Delivery efficiently & timely to Customers of VTF. Ensure the Customers are delivered the Products in the stipulated time. Being a Startup, ensure to build the function with optimal Process, Policy, and People as the startup grows. Preparing an optimized Route Plan with Coimbatore City. Coordination & Managing the Outsourced Delivery Agents, Product Safety & Hygiene, (Maintain Cold Chain 0-4 °C) Managing Customer Delivery Communication & Escalations, Need to Self-Deliver in case of Low Volume or other Challenges. Handle delivery exigencies like breakdowns, Product Missing, etc. as per the Policy of the company. Ensure Clean and Neat delivery agents are onboarded, trained, and deployed. Daily Cash Collected is to be deposited into a Bank Account or Do UPI Transfer. Reconcile the daily collection and deposit report with the Accounts Executive. Prepare Monthly MIS reports and discuss improvements in function. Plan and Strategise the function to be built with processes and policies as the Startup grows RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare a Route Plan based on the Order Confirmation from Sales. Optimized allocation of resources in terms of People and stocking of Products. Delivery Timing has multiple slots, delivered in Batches are batch-based, starting from 7 AM & ending at 3 PM. Ensure seamless delivery is completed as per the guidelines of the Function. Coordinate and manage outsourced Delivery agents. Monitor real-time movement of delivery agents during the route plan execution. Ensure documentation and processes are being followed by the Team as well as Delivery Agents. Responsible for Customer Calls for delivery-related issues. Responsible for Customer Escalations due to Delivery issues. Manage Agents' Invoicing as per the Delivery riders needed. Responsible for Cash Collection from Customers Real-time updation of the delivery schedules on the system Submitting & sharing reports daily after the delivery schedule before closing the day. EDUCATION A bachelor’s degree Age 26 Yrs & Above EXPERIENCE Minimum 2 years in Retail Logistics planning and execution within Coimbatore City. SKILLS Pleasant personality. Confident communicator with good negotiation skills. Fluency in English and Tamil. Should possess Good mental arithmetic skills. Project Planning & Execution Skills. ABILITY Ability to work in a Startup environment. Ability to work at Odd Hours of the day to execute last-mile delivery Fluency in Tamil and English. Logical thinker. Team player with leadership skills in guiding others to resolve blocks in their areas of execution. KNOWLEDGE Knowledge of logistics options, timelines, transportation rules, and contacts with logistics companies, Must know the entire Coimbatore city-its roads, and its colonies. ROLE : Responsible for Quality checks of Fish while receiving, online Processing, packaging, storing, and dispatching of Products. Responsible for receiving the fish, Processing according to customer needs, Packing, storing, and Dispatch. Ensure the Quality of the product and process as per the SOP & Quality management systems of the company. Maintain GMP / GHP/ FSMS in and around the Processing area & Premises. Timely execution of fish processing, packaging, and delivery. Responsibility Plan and execute the processing function (Fish Receiving/ Pre-Processing / Processing / Weighing / Packing / Labelling / Storage / Dispatch). Periodic verification of process records, incoming quality check records, online-process quality check records, Dispatch Quality check records, and PRPs, etc. Regular verification of the correct functioning of critical process equipment like weighing balances, Vacuum Machine, Drip Chiller, Processing area, etc. Be responsible for overall shop floor management during the assigned shift/ period, and deliver production output targets for the assigned shift. Ensure the SOP for the Processing, FSSAI standards, GMP, and GHP Escalate to senior management deficiencies or shortcomings in process, equipment, or tools in the operations area with a corrective action plan Customer Support and Customer Handling Education Bachelor’s degree in food technology/food Processing and Engineering, Fisheries Science / Vocational Fisheries and Food Sciences.
