Executive Production

As a Peptides Production Executive, your role involves learning and assisting in the production of peptides following established protocols and quality standards. You will receive hands-on training in peptide synthesis, purification, and related processes. Key Responsibilities: - Understand and comply with standard operating procedures (SOPs) for peptide synthesis. - Assist in preparing reagents, solutions, and equipment required for peptide production. - Execute peptide synthesis under the guidance of experienced personnel. - Learn and apply purification techniques such as HPLC, chromatography, and filtration. - Assist in maintaining accurate records of production and testing activities. - Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety guidelines. - Learn to operate and maintain peptide production equipment. - Promptly report equipment malfunctions or abnormalities. - Maintain detailed records of all production activities and compile data for production reports. - Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. - Contribute to identifying and implementing process improvements. - Provide feedback on procedures to enhance efficiency and quality. - Attend training sessions for continuous knowledge and skill enhancement. - Actively engage in professional development opportunities. Experience: - Minimum 1 year of experience in peptides production. Qualifications: - Masters/Bachelors degree in Chemistry or a related field. - Basic understanding of peptide synthesis principles is advantageous. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. - Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.,
