Job Description

As an Operation Coordinator at our company, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and supporting operations across various departments. Your main responsibility will be to ensure efficient workflow, timely production, and effective coordination among team members to meet production targets and maintain product quality standards. In addition to handling administrative tasks, you will be involved in requesting maintenance supplies & services in SAP and preparing reports based on collected data to assess operational performance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare production-related reports including operational and production data such as production rates, downtimes, material & spare parts usage, and other key performance indicators to provide valuable insights to line managers and stakeholders. - Collect production-related data and prepare reports for the direct manager to monitor production rates. - Coordinate with the quality assurance team to ensure incoming raw materials meet quality specifications and return defective materials to warehouses through SAP. - Hand over received raw materials to production lines supervisor in collaboration with the production manager to meet production requirements. - Create purchase requisition requests in SAP System for timely procurement of necessary supplies, services, or spare parts and follow up with the purchasing department to expedite purchase orders. - Conduct regular stock-taking of raw materials in the production department to maintain an accurate inventory and investigate reasons for any damaged materials to control and limit losses. - Adjust raw materials quantities in SAP system after production processes to ensure production continuity. - Record daily raw material usage in the production process for data validation in SAP system. **Qualifications Required:** - Minimum 5 years of relevant functional experience in stock control. - Experience in FMCG, preferably in the food industry. - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent.
