Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for an Executive Personal Assistant. The Executive Personal Assistant will be responsible for handling day-to-day tasks including providing personal assistance, executive administrative assistance, managing diaries, and performing clerical duties. The role involves extensive communication and coordination to ensure the smooth functioning of the executive's schedule.

Qualifications

• Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
• Strong Communication and Diary Management skills
• Proficiency in Clerical Skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
• Experience working as a personal assistant or executive assistant is a plus
