Policy Implementation & Update
· Every January review and update policy.
Recruitment & Induction
· Recruitment of junior level requirements within given timeframe through various sources like employee referrals, Job search website, consultancies.
· Posting the job on required job search sites
· Scrutinizing the CVs as per the job requirement and scheduling interview.
· Joining formalities for new joinees
· Timely induction of new Joinees.
· MIS updating & Records.
· Should travel to conduct campus interviews, job fairs etc when required.
· Should co-ordinate with consultancies for job vacancies whenever required
Statutory Compliance
· On time submission of forms for PF withdrawal, and co coordinating for further actions.
· Providing ESIC cards on time to employees
· Assisting in Site Compliances
· Coordinating with consultant for timely PF and ESIC updating of new Joined employees
Mobile Sim card management
· Coordinating with Mobile service providers.
· Checking the mobile bills before sending it to accounts for billing
Performance management
· REVIEWS – 30 days
· Scheduling reviews in timely manner
Training and development
· Co-ordinating with TL to conduct trainings
· Maintain & update Training calendar
· Maintaining training records
· Assisting and co ordinating for collecting training effectiveness
· Collecting and maintaining the certificates of employees who are sent on training by the Company.
· Taking timely bonds and maintaining the records of the same for employees who are sent on training by company.
Salary and Attendance
· To share Daily Attendance with TL
· To assist in monthly salary process
· Maintaining leave records of employees.
Employee Engagement Activities
· Ensure timely arrangement of monthly celebrations, festival celebrations & other ad hoc employee engagement activities.
· Timely Emailers to Employees.
· Calendar for festival celebration
Culture management
· Promote a positive culture where a positive attitude towards organization and fellow employees is maintained.
· Observe and report any misconduct.
Exit Formalities
· Checking the No dues and issuing Relieving Letter.
Process Flow Documents
· Maintaining and keeping a track of all ISO Documents
· Updating Flow Charts and RCD’s as and when required
Stationery Management
· Issuing and placing order of stationery as and when required
Basic Requirement:
