Job Summary:
We are looking for an Executive - Pan India Support to provide top-notch support to our customers across India. The successful candidate will have experience in handling customer queries, maintaining accurate documentation, and managing pricing strategies. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service:
- Handle customer queries and concerns via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about our products/services to customers.
2. Documentation:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to customer interactions, products, and services.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
3. Pricing (Pan India):
- Manage pricing strategies and ensure consistency across all regions in India.
- Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to inform pricing decisions.
4. Communication:
- Communicate effectively with customers, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
- Ensure that all communication is professional, courteous, and respectful.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in customer service, documentation, and pricing (Pan India).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office and Google Suite.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
