Job Title: Executive – Packaging Material Purchase (PM Purchase)

Specialization: Preference for candidates from Indian Institute of Packaging (IIP)
Industry Background: Experience in packaging procurement within the personal care, cosmetics, or FMCG sector preferred (similar to Mothersparsh)

Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Packaging Material Purchase Executive to manage vendor sourcing, procurement operations, and compliance for packaging materials used across our product portfolio. The ideal candidate should bring domain expertise in packaging standards and industry-specific practices aligned with Mothersparsh’s quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for primary and secondary packaging items
• Raise purchase orders and negotiate rates and terms in line with market pricing
• Ensure compliance with packaging material guidelines and safety standards
• Coordinate with internal departments to forecast demand and ensure timely supply
• Maintain inventory levels and reconcile with production requirements
• Stay updated on eco-friendly, sustainable packaging trends and alternatives
• Liaise with QA and R&D teams to align material specs with product innovations
• Oversee documentation including vendor audits, MSDS, and regulatory requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
