• Engineer Technical services Skilled at Content Management, Scheduling, and Maintaining Records.
• Providing support at Both Hardware and Software (Level 1 & 2).
• Provide network and software issues resolution in a timely manner. Like IP configuration, network trouble shooting

Min qualifications required:

• Minimum Qualification Graduate with advanced knowledge of MS Office
• Certifications for Computer Hardware and networking.
• Android & Windows OS
• Should have writing & speaking fluency. 
• Operating System: Win XP/7/8/ Windows Server 10/Windows Server 2012 R2
• CMS Platforms: Digital Signage Software
• Hands on Experience on working with Different types of Hardwares

Responsibilities

• Display and Software integration support and deployment management
• Ensure thorough and On-time deployment of the solution across the client base
• Support R&D of systems and hardware
• Minimum 3 new solutions prototyping must be attained.
• High-quality vendor identification and very efficient vendor performance
• Identify good vendors and ensure high standards of delivery
• AMC supervision and execution for all device
• Ensure all the AMC activities are on time and as per agreed SLAs.
• Production testing of all Wauly systems and software
• Coordinate with client to resolve their technical queries and present solution upgrades
• Client facing coordination on technical issues and build rapport with client to present them
• with solution upgrades and tech advancement features
