Executive - Operations (Partner's Payroll)

Job Description: You will be working as an Executive - Operations in the Operations function located in Chennai. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Working on Techno-Economic Viability (TEV) mandates related to greenfield/brownfield projects - Handling Lenders Independent Engineers (LIE) mandates - Interacting with clients, conducting site visits, reviewing documents, performing technical and industry analysis, and preparing financial models - Gathering necessary information for the study from the company - Coordinating with technical consultants to collect relevant information - Conducting extensive secondary research in the local market to validate cost assumptions - Drafting necessary reports based on collected information - Reporting all activities regularly and ensuring compliance with the company's framework - Ensuring process adherence for error-free and timely project delivery - Maintaining data and client contact details securely in appropriate data warehouses - Collaborating with team members from different departments - Working under the direct supervision of the team leader/associate director Key Requirements: - Any graduate with a minimum of 1+ year of relevant experience - Previous experience in building financial models and project management/appraisal preferred - Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving skills - Sound business knowledge and awareness of current affairs - Willingness to travel within the state, across India, and abroad if required - Proficiency in English/Hindi/Tamil/Telugu languages - Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and time management skills - Initiative, self-driven, and enthusiastic approach to work - Ability to work effectively under pressure You can find all Dun & Bradstreet job postings at https://jobs.lever.co/dnb.
