Job Description

We are seeking motivated individuals for various positions including Supervisor, Executive and Assistant Manager. The exact designation will depend on your experience and interview assessment. Position Overview: As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate inventory management, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving process improvements. You will play a key role in optimizing warehouse operations and ensuring high levels of service. Key Responsibilities: Utilize hands-on experience in warehouse and logistics operations to drive efficiency. Demonstrate sound knowledge of inbound and outbound activities to enhance overall workflow. Conduct regular cycle counts and bin audits to ensure inventory accuracy. Optimize warehouse utilization and implement effective monitoring tools. Maintain strong communication with customers and provide timely reporting. Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and meet service level agreements (SLAs). Promote safe working practices and participate in quality assurance initiatives. Requirements: Experience in inventory management and warehouse operations. Strong organizational and planning skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
