Role Overview: As a Delivery Operations Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless functioning of delivery operations and providing exceptional service to clients. Your responsibilities will include: Key Responsibilities: - Drivers Support: - Serve as the main point of contact for all rider-related concerns and inquiries, promptly addressing and resolving issues or escalating them when necessary. - Proactively communicate with riders to coordinate deliveries, provide guidance, and resolve issues to prevent delays and ensure customer satisfaction. - Operational Support: - Manage the entire order lifecycle, from creation to delivery, utilizing proprietary tracking software. - Collaborate with Team Leaders to collect feedback on Delivery Associates" performance in their designated zones. - Monitor deliveries in real-time to guarantee timely and accurate order fulfillment. - Reporting: - Daily monitoring and reporting on rider performance. - Identify underperforming delivery associates and implement improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in any discipline. - Willingness to work flexible schedules based on operational requirements. - Profound knowledge of UAE roads and routes in different emirates. - Ability to swiftly grasp internal processes and delivery standards. - Proficient in English, Urdu, and Hindi. - Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with frontline staff. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and general computer literacy.
