Job Description

As a Security Solution Administrator, your role will involve managing and administering security solutions like Netskope and Zscaler platforms. You will be responsible for configuring policies, monitoring, and troubleshooting these solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: - Handling day-to-day operational issues related to Secure Web Gateway (SWG) services. - Maintaining and optimizing web filtering, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and Cloud Access Security Broker (CASB) policies. - Ensuring the proper functioning of endpoint agents and performing upgrade and maintenance activities. - Analyzing and resolving access issues to ensure compliance with organizational security policies. - Managing web policy flow, URL filtering, SSL inspection, and related configurations. - Maintaining platform documentation, policy flow diagrams, and operational runbooks. Additionally, you should possess a strong understanding of LAN, WAN, and Data Center architectures. Proficiency in core network services such as DHCP, NTP, ARP, NAT, Policy-based routing, and ACLs is required. You should also be skilled in using network analysis tools like Wireshark, Fiddler, and tcping, and have hands-on experience with Quality of Service (QoS) configurations. Furthermore, you should be flexible and willing to work extended hours when required to support critical operations. Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms such as ServiceNow, along with a good understanding of Change Management and Problem Management processes, is preferred. Knowledge of the SolarWinds monitoring platform is beneficial. Overall, you should be a strong team player with effective collaboration and communication skills to excel in this role.,
