Ensure adherence to Production process as per laid down procedures and instructionsEnsure Raw Material additions as per the batch requirementsCarry out required transactions and process records in SAPUpdate Environmental and Quality Records regularlyReport to Superiors on progress of the Plan/Production details and other issues within the SectionPlan shift activities with respect to manpower, machine, batches, etcEnsure all in-process checks are carried as per process guidelinesFill up report at the end of the shiftCapture all equipment breakdowns in MAINTWIZTake daily sectional roundPlan for availability of consumables raise requisition for consumables from stores monitor the stocks levels in sectionEnsure proper shop floor and machine/equipment/process hygieneMaintain 5S of the floor and cabinsCarryout breakdown analysisMaintain all safety protocols and Update superiors
