  • Develop and implement marketing strategies for Women's Wear product categories.
  • Work closely with design, sales, and production teams to understand collections, trends, and customer preferences.
  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms.
  • Coordinate photoshoots, styling, product descriptions, and marketing collateral development.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, pricing comparisons, and trend mapping.
  • Support buyer presentations, lookbooks, and sampling reviews.
  • Drive branding activities such as catalog creation, visual merchandising inputs, and trade event participation.
  • Track campaign performance and provide weekly/monthly reports.
