In this role, your responsibilities will include: - Creating, developing, and managing the network of distributors, dealers, sub-dealers, retailers, and mediators - Achieving product-wise targets and improving market share in the agriculture and residential segments - Planning and executing various promotional and advertising activities to enhance brand liveliness - Developing and implementing business strategies and concepts for counters and market growth - Managing field-level sales force to build the brand among mediators and customers, including sales representatives and dealer marketing executives - Extensive traveling across the allotted territory will be required The desired candidate profile for this position includes: - Male candidates with good communication skills, innovative mindset, team-building qualities, and a proactive attitude - Reporting to the Region Manager - Marketing, you will be part of the pump, automobile, pipes, and any engineering industry segment Salary and benefits offered will be based on qualifications and experience, with innovative compensation schemes available.
