Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing and Sales Manager to lead our marketing and sales efforts for our range of herbal extracts and probiotics. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the nutraceutical industry, strong sales acumen, and a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop Marketing Strategies:

· Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.

· Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to promote herbal extracts and probiotics, including digital marketing, traditional advertising, and promotional campaigns.

2. Sales Planning and Execution:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.

• Strong understanding of marketing principles, including market research, branding, digital marketing, and advertising.
