As a Marketing Executive at Ram Krishna Care Hospital, a leading healthcare provider in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, your role involves promoting and selling hospital services to various stakeholders. Your responsibilities include: - Promoting and selling hospital services to doctors, clinics, corporate clients, and other healthcare providers. - Identifying new sales opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, etc. - Developing and maintaining strong relationships with referring doctors and key decision-makers. - Achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals. - Organizing and participating in health camps, corporate wellness programs, and community outreach events. - Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of hospital services, medical specialties, and new offerings. - Coordinating with internal departments (marketing, operations, and administration) to ensure smooth service delivery. - Preparing sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management. - Handling client queries, resolving issues, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. - Implementing department-specific promotion plans to achieve budgeted footfalls and conversions.
