Ram Krishna Care Hospital is a leading healthcare provider situated in Raipur, Chhattisgarh with a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and outcomes. We are currently looking for a highly motivated and creative Marketing Executive to join our dedicated team. As a Sales Executive at our hospital, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a wide range of hospital services, which include diagnostic, surgical, outpatient, and wellness packages. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, establishing strong relationships with clients, and contributing to revenue growth for the hospital. Key Responsibilities: - Promote and sell hospital services to doctors, clinics, corporate clients, and other healthcare providers. - Identify new sales opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, etc. - Develop and nurture relationships with referring doctors and key decision-makers. - Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue objectives. - Organize and participate in health camps, corporate wellness programs, and community outreach events. - Stay updated on hospital services, medical specialties, and new offerings. - Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, operations, and administration) to ensure seamless service delivery. - Create sales reports, forecasts, and provide market feedback to management. - Address client queries, resolve issues, and uphold high levels of customer satisfaction. - Implement department-specific promotion plans to achieve the budgeted footfalls and conversions. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including health insurance, paid sick time, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is in the morning shift, and proficiency in Hindi is preferred.
